Site: The Big Island is a location-aware musical composition from The Holladay Brothers, composed and mapped specifically for the Fairmont Orchid during Best of IBM 2017.

Musical hotspots have been placed along the path near the water as well as at various locations throughout the grounds. This music was composed on site and inspired by the beauty of the environment. The Holladay brothers have created location-aware compositions for sites such as The National Mall in Washington DC and Central Park in New York City. They live and work in Los Angeles, Caifornia.
